Qualifikationen

• At least two years of experience in provider credentialing or payer enrollment.
• Knowledge of credentialing, primary source verification, and documentation practices.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• English language proficiency and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete credentialing lifecycle for all agency providers, including initial credentialing, payer enrollment, recredentialing, revalidation, affiliations, and terminations.
• Maintain inventory of employees and contracted providers across programs and locations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to verify and track credentials and renewals.
• Prepare and submit WV Medicaid and other payer applications; ensure correct sequencing and documentation.
• Establish and maintain access to credentialing systems and payer portals; assist providers with CAQH profiles.
• Provide weekly status updates and monthly enrollment summaries to leadership.
