Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare credentialing experience in large health systems/CVOs.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA, AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and CMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing, re-credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment processes.
• Lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors, Department Chairs, and Credentialing Committee.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and support audits and accreditation.
