Job summary

Watson Clinic LLP in Lakeland, FL seeks a Credentialing and Enrollment Manager to lead the Credentialing & Enrollment Department. You will ensure compliance with NCQA, AAAHC, TJC, and payer standards, providing training and oversight for staff while supporting provider onboarding and management.

You will manage end-to-end credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment, coordinating with department chairs and medical directors to uphold quality and regulatory compliance in a high-volume health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare credentialing within large health systems/CVOs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Current CPCS or CPMSM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Credentialing & Enrollment Department.
• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians, NPs, PAs, and allied professionals.
• Verify primary source credentials and monitor for red flags and discrepancies.
• Oversee workflow and productivity aligned with policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive privileging forms and checklists.
• Coordinate payer enrollment with commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Ensure CAQH profiles, NPPES updates, and payer applications are submitted timely.
• Maintain credentialing software data accuracy and support audits.
