Orlando Health, Inc. seeks a Credentialing Manager for the Medical Staff Services Office to oversee initial credentialing and reappointment processes across facilities, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met.

You will lead a team, manage workflows, and collaborate with legal, HR, and clinical leadership to maintain high standards of credentialing, privileging, and reporting.

This role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience credentialing and privileging in a hospital setting.
• Certified credentials within 2 years of hire (CPCS or CPMSM) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee initial credentialing and reappointment activities across the Medical Staff.
• Lead a credentialing team and ensure regulatory and accreditation standards compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, Medical Staff Leadership, and hospital leadership on governance updates.
• Coordinate training, reporting, and system enhancements for credentialing workflows.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance for the Medical Staff Services group.
