Expedia Group seeks a Senior Growth & Strategic Initiatives Manager to guide creator and social strategy across brands. You will connect macro business objectives to brand-level strategies, shaping partnerships and scalable programs that drive growth and revenue.

You will lead a team, partner with brand owners, and champion data-driven decisions to optimize creator investments and amplification across owned, paid, and earned channels.

Qualifications

• Deep, senior-level experience in social strategy and creator strategy.
• Ability to coach and up-level brand-level strategies with brand leads.
• Translating business objectives into integrated social and creator strategies.
• Experience leading global expansions and growth-market programs.
• Knowledge of creator monetization and emerging business models.
• Portfolio and investment mindset for funding decisions.
• Executive presence to counsel senior leaders and influence without formal authority.
• Experience with creator amplification and measurement across channels.

Responsibilities

• Determine how to win with creators and social and sell the strategy with data-driven storytelling.
• Shape portfolio of creator and social investments across cultures and markets.
• Lead global expansion and cross-brand integration for scalable assets.
• Champion creator business models including affiliate monetization and creator-led partnerships.
• Integrate brand-level strategies with cross-brand opportunities and shared systems.
• Support measurement and use data to strengthen strategy and impact.
• Counsel senior leaders and lead scalable decision frameworks and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and develop a team of five or more while raising leadership capability.
