Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a Senior Creator in NYC to own end-to-end social content—from concept through production and editing. You’ll turn trends into platform-native content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook for multiple brands within the VaynerX portfolio.

You are a self-starter with 3–5 years of creative or social content experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency across platforms. This is a hybrid role with 3–4 days on-site in NYC, 40 hours weekly, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative or social content experience, including B2B content in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showing range across video, design and social formats with hands-on production and editing skills.
• Deep fluency across social platforms and understanding of platform-specific content & creative behaviors.
• Experience using AI as part of the everyday creative workflow to ideate, research, streamline, and move faster.
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to turn social data into clear insights, reports and recommendations.
• Proactive, highly organized, collaborative working style; able to work independently and with stakeholders across all levels.
• A genuine obsession with marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture.

Responsibilities

• Create End-to-End: ideate and execute a high volume of social content from concept through completion, including scripting, filming, producing, editing and design.
• Stay Tapped Into Culture: monitor marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture to turn trends into timely content ideas.
• Create For Every Feed: produce platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook across multiple brands and adapt ideas per platform.
• Produce Wherever The Work Takes Us: support shoots and live events, operating cameras, audio, lighting and production gear.
• Work Across The Business: collaborate with teams and stakeholders across VaynerX to bring ideas to life.
• Learn From The Work: analyze content performance and translate learnings into actionable recommendations and clear reports.
• Own Your Work: stay organized across multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
