The U.S. Creator Market Lead at Daniel J. Edelman, Inc. drives growth, profitability and operational excellence for the Creator practice in the U.S. market, reporting to the Head of Creator, North America. This role aligns regional priorities with global strategy and delivers client impact.

You will partner with senior leaders, guide market teams, and champion innovation including AI-enabled Creator capabilities to advance strategic opportunities and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience 12+ years in Creator Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Integrated Marketing.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth and lead strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading senior teams within a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, platform landscape and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple disciplines and build strong executive relationships.
• Experience driving organizational change and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Execute the North American Creator vision and strategy within the US market.
• Own the commercial performance of the Creator business in the market and grow revenue.
• Lead the Creator organization, foster a high-performing culture.
• Own strategic Creator relationships across priority market-level clients.
• Drive adoption of new Creator capabilities and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build partnerships across Social, Earned, Paid, Strategy, Analytics and other practices.
• Contribute market intelligence and thought leadership.
