Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. seeks a Creative Technologist to bridge creativity, technology, and experience design in Dallas, TX.

You will prototype, demo, and build experiential assets that show technology value to customers while collaborating with marketers, designers, and engineers to turn concepts into tangible experiences. You will explore WebGL, AR/VR, game engines, and no-code tools, document reusable components, support events, and move ideas from testing to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building interactive digital experiences, prototypes, or demonstrations.
• Experience translating creative concepts into functional technical outputs.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver shared outcomes.
• Experience using prototyping or creative technology tools such as WebGL, AR/VR, game engines, or no-code platforms.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts through demos, visuals, or working examples.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive prototypes, demos, and experiential assets that clearly demonstrate technology value to customers.
• Translate creative concepts into functional technical solutions using web, immersive, or emerging technologies.
• Partner with brand, content, experience design, and technical teams to shape end-to-end digital experiences.
• Evaluate and apply new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Develop proof-of-concepts that can be reused, scaled, or adapted across campaigns, events, and platforms.
• Document technical approaches and reusable components to support consistency and future adoption.
• Support customer-facing moments such as events, briefings, and showcases with reliable, production-ready experiences.
• Balance exploratory work with delivery, moving ideas from experimentation to execution.
