Job summary

WPP Production's Hex Studio in New York is seeking a mid-level creative technologist to integrate AI-driven pipelines within top client workflows, leveraging Adobe tools and foundational programming and design.

You'll join a hybrid role with hands-on workshops, research projects, and collaboration with creative teams to brainstorm, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled workflows alongside senior staff from Adobe. 4–7 years of agency/creative tech experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a creative technologist and/or agency experience.
• Experience with AI workflows, Adobe Creative Suite, programming, design, client relations, presenting.
• Ability to independently build technical workflows and/or facilitate ideation sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative and inquisitive problem-solver who enjoys a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Build an advanced understanding of AI tools across Adobe tools and related workflows.
• Attend workshops and complete research projects for ongoing training.
• Brainstorm with creative teams to develop concepts.
• Prototype and build ideas that fit a given brief.
• Collaborate with clients and Adobe to integrate AI workflows into existing processes.
• Develop these workflows with support from Adobe's technical staff.
