Something Special Studios seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to independently lead strategic workstreams across client projects from discovery through concept development. You will shape integrated creative ideas, mentor junior strategists, and partner closely with Creative Strategy Directors and the Executive Creative Strategy Leadership to ensure work is strategically rigorous and creatively ambitious.

• 5-8 years of experience within a creative agency or strategy consultancy.
• Proven ability to independently lead strategic workstreams.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent strategic judgment and creative instincts.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passion for mentoring others and elevating strategic craft.

• Lead strategic workstreams across brand, communications, experiential, content, and social engagements.
• Own research plans, insight development, strategic narratives, and creative briefs.
• Shape campaign platforms, creative concepts, partnership strategies, and experience ideas.
