This studio is an independent creative shop that has spent years building a reputation quietly – across brand, digital, and experience, crafting work for technically dense companies across crypto, AI, fintech, and zero-knowledge proof.

Until now, strategy has been handled by the founders directly and supported by freelancers. You would be the first full-time strategist they’ve ever hired – building the function, not inheriting it.

The Role

You’ll own strategic direction across a client base that ranges from early-stage founders to established platforms, all operating in technically sophisticated territory. Working directly with the two founders, you’ll define brand positioning, cultural narratives, and design frameworks, and then execute them yourself.

This studio treats great design as the baseline, not the goal; the work they care about starts after that, with understanding a mission well enough to move it forward. Strategy here carries a cultural and design point of view. It does not sit in a research silo, and it does not stop at the brief.

This is a hands-on seat. You’d shape how strategy operates as the studio scales, with real influence over its direction – but the bar is doing the thinking, not delegating it.

The Person

You’re a Senior Brand Strategist from a digital-first studio, fluent in genuinely complex subject matter and confident leading with cultural and design instinct rather than consulting theatre.

You build a point of view and execute it yourself. Multi-hyphenate backgrounds – strategy and copy especially are a real advantage, and you’ll need to show behind-the-scenes work.
