Responsibilities

• Generate a high volume of data-backed creative concepts weekly.
• Write scroll-stopping scripts and briefs for production.
• Lead Creative Sprints to iterate on concepts until scale is achieved.
• Diagnose creative health using Meta/TikTok Ads Manager metrics and translate insights into actionable guidance.
