Qualifications

• Experience in creative strategy within an agency setting.
• Ability to translate data into creative decisions.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Experience developing concepts from audience, competitive, and performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable creative strategies.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify what works and why.
• Navigate paid-media environments to evaluate creative-level performance.
• Develop high-level campaign concepts and testing roadmaps.
• Conduct audience, persona, and ICP research.
• Research competitors and analyze their creative strategies across platforms.
• Identify messaging themes, hooks, and visual directions.
• Create structured testing roadmaps and A/B/multivariate tests.
• Refine messaging and concepts based on results.
• Write briefs for designers, editors, and partners.
• Review creative work and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with paid media, analytics, and production teams.
• Present strategies and insights to clients.
