Avenue Z, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of e‑commerce and B2B clients. You will drive strategy, ad buying, setup, integrations, and client communication to achieve KPI targets.

You will optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights, conduct audits, and lead weekly client calls with the Paid Search Manager. This hybrid role offers growth within a fast‑moving AI‑first agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of paid search experience with Google and Bing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA, GTM, and e‑commerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10 clients (e‑commerce and B2B) and lead weekly calls.
• Develop and execute paid search strategies including keyword research and bidding.
• Oversee setup of Google/Bing Ads, GA, Merchant Center, and integrations (HubSpot/Shopify).
• Run tests, audits, and analyses to optimize CTR, CPA and ROI.
• Create weekly/monthly KPI reports and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search with marketing goals.
