PBK is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist who owns pursuit development and storytelling for complex opportunities, guiding proposals from kickoff through submission and shaping messaging to differentiate the firm.

You will coordinate contributors, ensure content quality across concurrent pursuits, support interview and presentation materials, and begin leading sections of strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
6+ years of A/E/C marketing experience
Strong writing and content development skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits
Advanced Adobe InDesign and broader Creative Cloud proficiency
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and proposal or CRM systems
Experience designing presentation and interview materials

Job description

The Senior Creative Strategist owns pursuit development and storytelling for complex opportunities, leading proposals from kickoff through submission while supporting the firm’s strategic positioning. This role shapes the messaging and narrative structure that differentiate the firm and elevate the quality of each response. Within the Creative Enterprise, the Senior Creative Strategist coordinates contributors and ensures content quality across concurrent pursuits, supports interview and presentation materials, and begins leading discrete sections of pursuit strategy.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below. $74,357.00 - $111,535.00
