Job summary

MATTE Projects in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary creative work across campaigns, content, experiential activations, spatial projects, branding and identity.

You will balance people, process and creative momentum in a fast-paced agency, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and live activations from concept through delivery, with a focus on timelines and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency or studio.
• Proven success managing multiple projects from inception to delivery with timeline and budget adherence.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, clients and partners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Airtable is a plus as used internally.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for innovation, creativity, and storytelling.
• Flexibility to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, kickoffs, and workstream coordination across campaign, content, experiential, spatial, and branding initiatives.
• Manage complex projects from kickoff through final delivery, including production, fabrication, vendors, installation and live execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable schedules across teams.
• Bridge Creative, Production, Strategy, Client Services and external partners for smooth handoffs and integrated workflows.
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving.
