The Senior Creative Project Manager (CPM) at Olberding Brand Family manages projects for our client's (L’Oréal) In-House Creative Team. Responsibilities include overseeing project milestones, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role involves leading complex projects, mentoring team members, and developing efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of consumer product packaging, creative design, and production artwork
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management
• 4 to 5 years of project management experience in a creative agency or customer service industry
• Experience with project management systems like ESKO’s WebCenter, Wrike, or Mediabox is a plus
