We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead best-in-class, multi-channel creative initiatives for a global brand. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams—strategists, designers, writers, and creative directors—to deliver insight-driven, on-brand marketing campaigns that elevate engagement and drive measurable impact.

Location: Hybrid in North Chicago, IL

• Lead Tier 1 creative projects from concept through execution
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, creatives, and strategists
• Manage timelines, budgets, and scope with precision
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
• Own project plans using PM tools, driving collaboration and accountability
• Monitor budgets, forecast resources, and report on metrics
• Drive alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to process optimization
• 7+ years in a creative agency or corporate marketing environment
• Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries a plus
• Deep expertise in project management tools and creative workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar
