Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Programs - Music & Audio to support fundraising campaigns and donor experiences within the CCM portfolio, expanding St. Jude's presence in the music community.

You will collaborate with leadership, Territory teams, artist management, and partners to execute campaigns and cultivation strategies. In this hybrid role based at ALSAC’s National Executive Office in Memphis, TN, you will help plan events, manage campaigns, and ensure high-quality stakeholder

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in fundraising, events, or nonprofit program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement experiences.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and processes.
• Manage partnerships and serve as primary contact for designated sponsors.
• Plan and execute live and virtual events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve program delivery.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and pilot ideas.
