Job summary

Hovercraft is a dynamic and innovative creative design firm partnering with brands to craft compelling experiences through design, strategy, and technology. We seek a Creative Senior Producer to bridge vision and execution, leading digital, brand, and design projects from kickoff to delivery.

The Senior Producer will own project leadership, collaborate with production leads on large activations, and travel as needed to engage clients and oversee in-person production.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaborations, and guiding projects to successful outcomes, within budget and scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and production details to clients and internal teams.
• Experience with distributed cross-competency teams (tech, design, UX, product) and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating needs into actionable project plans.
• Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, and creatives.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure the creative vision and standards are met.
• Resolve issues quickly and adapt to changes in project scope or direction.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to align with company vision and client needs.
• Provide regular project reports and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for client workshops, shoots, activations, and interoffice activities.
