Pressrun in New York seeks a Senior Production Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns, coordinating across creative, editorial, engineering, and strategy teams. You will manage client communications on status, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.

With 6+ years in content production at an agency, studio, or media company, you’ll oversee budgets above $250K and teams of 10+ people—delivering across editorial, video, design, and digital formats.

Qualifications

• 6+ years producing content or campaigns at an agency, studio, or media company.
• Experience managing projects with $250K+ budgets and 10+ person teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
• Excellent client-facing communication and expectation management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping threads.
• Familiarity with creative production across formats: editorial, video, design, digital.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of major content programs and campaign launches.
• Coordinate across creative, editorial, engineering, and strategy teams.
• Own client communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, SOWs, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Build production templates and playbooks for repeatable program types.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery.
