BodyHealth seeks a Sr. Creative Operations & Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative workflows and operational systems.

You will act as the backbone between Creative Services, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Retail, and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality assets. The role requires sharp organization, systems thinking, and proactive problem solving to scale processes as BodyHealth grows.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in Creative Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume creative/marketing teams.
  • Proficient with Asana and DAM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own intake, workflow, and project routing across Creative Services.
  • Build and manage project timelines and launch schedules.
  • Prioritize requests and support resource planning across initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables between Creative, Marketing, E‑commerce, Product, Retail, and external partners.
  • Lead project status meetings and maintain visibility across active workstreams.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts early and escalate as needed.
  • Own and maintain Asana workflows, project tracking, and governance.
  • Support DAM organization, asset management, and file structure standards.
  • Develop and improve operational workflows, templates, and project systems.
  • Coordinate packaging, print, and external vendor relationships as needed.
  • Manage file delivery, production logistics, and final asset distribution across channels.
  • Help support campaign readiness by ensuring teams are aligned and accountable.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting for leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support department planning and execution.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

BodyHealth is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations & Project Manager who thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and has proven expertise leading creative workflow, project management, and operational systems. This role is the operational backbone of Creative Services and serves as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, e-commerce, sales, product, and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-minded, and execution focused, responsible for ensuring creative projects move efficiently from intake through final delivery while maintaining visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams.

You will work closely with creative and marketing leadership to manage workflow, coordinate launches, support vendor and production relationships, and build scalable systems that help the department operate more efficiently as BodyHealth continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize incoming requests and support resource planning across multiple initiatives
  • Coordinate cross functional deliverables between Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Retail, and external partners
  • Lead project status meetings and maintain visibility across active workstreams
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts early and escalte appropriately
  • Own and maintain Asana workflows, project tracking, and process governance
  • Support DAM (Canto) organization, asset management, and file structure standards
  • Develop and improve operational workflows, templates, and project systems
  • Coordinate packaging, print, and external vendor relationships as needed
  • Manage file delivery, production logistics, and final asset distribution across channels
  • Help support campaign and launch readiness by ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting for leadership visibility
  • Continuously evaluate systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing leadership to support department planning and execution
  • Willing to travel as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of professional experience in Creative Operations, Project management, Integrated Production, or Marketing Operations environments
  • Experience supporting high volume creative or marketing teams in DTC, wellness, CPG, agency, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of creative development, production workflows, and launch planning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast moving environments
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana or equivalent systems (Asana preferred)
  • Familiarity with DAM and asset management systems preferred (Canto is a plus)
  • Experience coordinating vendors, production partners, printers, and creative delivery workflows
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive with strong follow through
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross functionally across multiple teams
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to balance operational detail and big picture thinking
  • Calm, solutions oriented, and able to bring structure to ambiguity and fast moving priorities
