Job summary

Sincere Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to lead and shape the visual identity across our brands, including Punchbowl and Lovebird, while staying hands-on in design work. You will define cohesive visual worlds, evolve team processes, and own the creative pipeline for marketing and digital stationery.

You will bring 10+ years in brand/multidisciplinary design, a sharp eye for typography and visual systems, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand or multidisciplinary design with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, visual identity and style guides.
• Clear point of view on creative systems and workflows including AI usage.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in motion and video from concept to evaluation.
• Experience briefing and guiding designers, photographers and videographers.
• Exceptional judgment and attention to detail with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual expression of our brands through guides, templates, toolkits, and reusable systems.
• Lead design across campaigns, email, ads, social, and consumer touchpoints.
• Shape creative direction for digital stationery collections, translating data into briefs.
• Develop the tools and workflows for the design team, including AI.
• Guide motion and video creative from concept to execution.
• Contribute hands-on to concepts, design, and production where impact is highest.
• Provide clear direction to designers, illustrators, and external partners.
• Maintain visibility on priorities, deadlines, and dependencies to keep pipelines moving.
