Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand or multidisciplinary design with a portfolio showing exceptional visual craft.
• Deep expertise in brand design, typography, layout, visual identity, style guides, templates, and systems.
• Strong point of view on creative systems, workflows, asset management, and AI usage.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in bringing brands to life through motion and video with concept, briefing, and evaluation skills.
• Track record briefing and guiding designers, photographers, videographers, and creative partners.
• Exceptional creative judgment and attention to detail with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual expression of brands through style guides, templates, and reusable systems.
• Lead design across marketing campaigns, email, ads, social, and other consumer touchpoints.
• Shape the creative direction of Punchbowl and Lovebird’s digital stationery collections.
• Translate data insights and business priorities into briefs and review work through execution.
• Shape creative team tools, systems, workflows, asset management, collaboration, and AI usage.
• Guide motion and video creative from concept through execution.
• Contribute directly to creative concepts, design, and production.
• Provide designers, illustrators, and external partners with actionable direction and feedback.
• Maintain visibility across priorities, deadlines, dependencies, feedback, and bottlenecks.
• Ensure work is polished, accurate, and on-brand before shipment.
