Riot Games is seeking a Senior Creative Director to guide the creative strategy for Teamfight Tactics and oversee a multi-discipline development team. You will define the overarching vision across art, narrative, audio and design, ensuring alignment with product goals and brand expectations.

You will lead a senior creative leadership team, collaborate with production and publishing, and shape the player experience across PC and mobile platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years industry experience in holistic game development process.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven record of driving and delivering quality work with art, narrative, audio and design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports in lead roles or higher.
• Knowledge of current game development and creative trends.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a creative partner to the EP and Game Director, ensuring alignment with product strategy and creative direction.
• Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for Teamfight Tactics.
• Shepherd the creative direction from concept through completion.
• Ensure consistency and excellence of the total creative experience.
• Communicate the IP internally and externally to inspire developers and players.
• Provide a creative/IP lens to product, portfolio, and ecosystem decisions as a Game Leadership Team member.
• Collaborate with production to build and improve processes for timely, high-quality work.
• Establish and uphold creative direction expectations and quality standards across the product.
