Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Creative Director to define the creative strategy for Teamfight Tactics and to guide a multi-discipline team in bringing a world-class Autobattler experience to PC and mobile.

You will lead with vision, uphold high quality standards, and align creative goals with product strategy while mentoring a diverse group of leaders across art, audio, and narrative.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience in holistic game development process.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven record of driving and delivering quality work with art, narrative, audio and design.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for Teamfight Tactics.
• Lead a multi-discipline development team to own the Autobattler genre on PC and mobile.
• Build and lead a strong creative leadership team across key crafts including Art, Audio, and Narrative.
• Collaborate with product, production, engineering, design, and publishing leadership.
