Job summary

Digitas Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead two to three accounts, driving standout concepts and campaigns from concept through final production. You will manage creative teams, collaborate with account management, and ensure client satisfaction across the scope of projects.

You will also mentor writers, participate in client meetings, and help shape strategic branding while aiming for exceptional, award-worthy work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years agency experience required.
• BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
• DTC experience is required.
• Previous production experience: broadcast, OLV, short form, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative teams and development of concepts and execution on multiple accounts.
• Assign teams, manage workloads, and ensure on-time delivery within budgets.
• Present concepts to clients and participate in meetings.
• Mentor writers and ensure high standards for agency and client work.
• Build strong client relationships and represent the agency at meetings and events.
