Relevate Health is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead the copy team for its AOR oncology portfolio in Cincinnati, OH. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on writing across patient and provider audiences in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will manage deadlines, mentor ICs and staff, collaborate with art, PM, account and medical teams, and translate insights into compelling omnichannel campaigns from concept through launch.

Qualifikationen

• Pharma agency experience required.
• AOR oncology copy leadership experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Collaborative, accountable working style with transparency.
• Proven ability to write compelling copy for patients and providers.
• Working knowledge of medical claim documentation and AMA style.

Aufgaben

• Lead the copy team (ICs and staff) in coordination with art, PM, account, and medical.
• Develop standout campaigns and omnichannel experiences with Strategy, Art/Design, and UX.
• Create and review briefs that deliver strategic insight and direction.
• Lead concept presentations internally and with clients, presenting ideas confidently.
• Own projects from strategy through execution and launch as a working creative leader.
• Set team timelines and milestones for upcoming brand launches and development.
• Partner with account management to grow the business and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage copy team workloads to maintain productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with creative management to resolve performance, workflow, and quality issues.
