Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead high-impact creative initiatives across catalogs, events, advertising and beyond.

You'll work with an award-winning, in-house Creative team to ensure every project reflects the highest standards of design, brand integrity, and business impact.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and 7+ years of experience are required, with a strong print and digital portfolio and expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud on MacOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
• Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
• Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, sharing knowledge and helping elevate the quality of the team's work.
