Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative across catalogs, digital marketing, events, and internal communications. You’ll shape visuals that uphold brand integrity and collaborate with partners across the business on high-impact projects.

You will mentor junior designers, work with our on-site photo studio, and help elevate the quality of our in-house Creative team. A strong portfolio and 7+ years in fast-paced environments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design in a B2B setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
• Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
• Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
• Mentor junior designers and interns, sharing knowledge and elevating team quality.
