Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a senior Product Marketing leader to mentor the Creative team of 170+ members and oversee product positioning across catalogs, web pages, emails, and campaigns.

You will direct designs, review market trends, and collaborate with Merchandising and Creative to guide new product selections, ensuring brand clarity and timely delivery in a fast-paced, on-site environment at Uline's Pleasant Prairie HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years experience in marketing, product management or new product development with a strong track record.
• Experience sourcing or selecting new products; catalog experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct designs for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, stuffers and emails.
• Serve as liaison between Merchandising and Creative in new product selection.
• Maintain open communication between departments on product development and web marketing.
• Conceptualize new product positioning relative to customer perspective.
• Review market research and internal reports to anticipate trends and strategies.
