Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead high-impact creative initiatives, from catalogs to events, within its in-house team.

You will design across print and digital channels, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across the business to maintain brand integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, 7+ years' experience, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud on MacOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
• Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
• Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
• Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
