• 5–8+ years of experience in creative production or campaign production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and photo content for social campaigns.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for in-house and external shoots.
• Source and manage creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
• Create briefs, shot lists, moodboards, production timelines, and call sheets.
• Oversee content from pre-production to post-production to align with brand and campaign goals.
• Analyze performance and optimize content for platform KPIs.
