Wavytalk in New York is seeking a driven Producer to join our in-house content team. You’ll partner with the Senior Content Producer to move ideas from concept through to shoot, on-set direction, and post‑production review in a fast‑paced, brand‑forward environment.

This hybrid role requires four days per week in the office and offers growth opportunities within a content‑first brand that values creativity, collaboration, and meticulous production planning.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content production or related field.
• Experience with social media content and brands is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creative ideation: brainstorm and inform strategies for in-house content.
• Production support: assist with logistics, schedules, scripts, briefs, and records.
• Talent sourcing: identify on-camera talent, coordinate outreach, scheduling, and usage rights.
• Prop sourcing: research, procure props and wardrobe, manage inventory, and budget.
• On-set directing: guide talent, ensure shot list execution, and maintain momentum.
• Shoot coordination: keep shoots on schedule, prep sets, and communicate changes.
• Post-production: assist reviews and provide timely feedback.
