Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Sr. Creative Producer - Social to lead high-impact social content across platforms. You will balance business objectives with creative excellence while managing stakeholders, compliance, and production timelines.

You will oversee briefs, creative direction, and collaboration with video producers, editors, and external agencies to deliver on schedule and within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing creative projects in agency or in-house teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end creative lifecycle from brief to delivery.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of platform specs, aspect ratios, asset requirements, and optimization practices.
• Experience with regulated environments including compliance reviews and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead production for organic and paid social content from brief to delivery.
• Manage multiple social initiatives with always-on calendars and campaign workstreams.
• Refine briefs to ensure objectives, audiences, channels, and success criteria are defined.
• Coordinate creative teams including copywriters, designers, art directors, and leads.
• Facilitate reviews and consolidate feedback into clear direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing, media, compliance, legal, and agencies.
