Erin Condren is seeking a hands-on Creative Content Manager to bring our products and stories to life through photography and video across social, email, and ecommerce channels. You will concept, shoot, edit, and produce assets, manage day-to-day organic content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow our community.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on content creation, strong editing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and Canva, and the ability to work in a hybrid

• Hands-on content creation and production experience.
• Proficiency in photography and short-form video.
• Experience producing content for organic social, paid ads, and ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver photography and short-form video assets.
• Develop product storytelling around personalization and use cases; own asset delivery.
• Manage organic social calendar and publish across priority channels.
