Job summary

Erin Condren is seeking a hands-on Creative Content Manager in Austin to concept, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content for our marketing channels. You will own content production from ideation to final asset delivery and manage day‑to‑day organic social publishing.

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, CRM, and Ecommerce to create assets for launches, promotions, and retention, while growing our community across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on content creation or brand/social content experience.
• Strong portfolio of personally produced photography and short-form video.
• Proficiency with video-editing and content-production tools (Adobe CC, CapCut, Canva).
• Excellent creative judgment, copywriting, organization, and ability to produce high-quality assets quickly with limited oversight.
• Experience adapting creative for paid social, organic platforms, email, and ecommerce; ability to interpret content performance metrics.
• Comfort collaborating with influencers, creators, and cross-functional partners; knowledge of platform trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; based near Austin and available in office or store at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content for organic social, paid ads, email, SMS, ecommerce, and retention campaigns.
• Build a pipeline of brand-right content; organize assets for reuse across channels.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Ecommerce to produce assets for multiple channels.
• Develop content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Maintain organic social content calendar and publish across priority channels; write captions and monitor community interactions.
