Erin Condren is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of our social channels and influencer program. You will blend storytelling, analytics, and relationship-building to grow engagement and drive conversions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, content creator, and community builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Located in or near Austin, this role is hybrid with 3–4 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to grow and engage social communities on multiple platforms.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative brief development.
• Experience with analytics tools and translating data into strategy.
• Experience working with influencer networks.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of Erin Condren’s social media channels and affiliate influencer program. This role blends storytelling, analytics, and relationship-building to grow engagement, drive conversion, and strengthen our community presence — both online and offline. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, content creator, and community builder. This is an individual contributor used to wearing many hats and getting things done independently. Reporting directly into our Head Photographer and meeting regularly with the SVP of Marketing, this is a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and scale marketing expertise in a fast-paced and high-functioning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, etc.) to grow brand engagement and awareness.
• Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and community storytelling.
• Lead content creation — from concept to post — including writing copy, coordinating shoots, briefing creative partners, and leveraging UGC.
• Monitor daily engagement, respond to community interactions, and maintain an authentic brand voice across all channels.
• Analyze social performance metrics, identify insights, and adjust strategy to drive continued growth and engagement.
• Work closely with the SVP of Marketing on integrating UGC, affiliate and influencer shipments
• Plan and host community-building activations and local influencer events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Brand Marketing, Email, and eCommerce teams to align social initiatives with key campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail & Events teams to bring digital storytelling to in-person moments (store activations, pop-ups, workshops).
• Coordinate closely with Customer Experience to maintain brand consistency and awareness of trending customer sentiment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand marketing — ideally in lifestyle, consumer, or retail industries.
• Proven experience growing and engaging social communities across multiple platforms.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative brief development skills.
• Comfort with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards) and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience working with influencer networks.
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative — thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Located in or near Austin, Texas, with ability to be in-office or in-store 3–4 days per week.
