Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Creative Engineer to join ArtBot's Creative Activation team. You will lead technical activation of dynamic campaigns across display, video, social, and emerging channels, partnering with media and creative teams to deliver personalized advertising experiences.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable processes. You will mentor juniors and help evolve the team's technical capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in activation, ad operations, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and platforms.
• Experience with DCO, creative management platforms, ad servers or DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and delivery of dynamic creative campaigns across multiple channels.
• Configure and manage campaign setups across ad servers and platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and platform teams to improve tools.
