Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling.
• Proficiency in market research and preparation of clear reports.
• Familiarity with USPAP and ability to apply professional judgment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and team.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills; experience with appraisal software is a plus.
• State-certified general appraiser license strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Jacksonville and Florida CRE markets is beneficial.
