Job summary

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for our Jacksonville office. You will handle complex valuations across NE Florida, Florida Panhandle, and surrounding markets, covering financial reporting, acquisitions, mortgage lending, and portfolio analysis.

You will work with MAI‑designated experts on challenging assignments, deliver detailed reports, and interact with clients to provide clear, data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active Florida Certified General Appraiser License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional CRE appraisal experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections, market research and valuations across CRE assets.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports for clients.

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our Jacksonville office. This role covers a diverse territory throughout Northeast Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and surrounding markets. You’ll work on complex valuation assignments across multiple property types and purposes, including financial reporting, acquisitions, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, feasibility studies, litigation support, eminent domain, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections, subject and market research and analysis, along with valuations across a wide range of commercial real estate assets.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior MAI‑designated professionals on complex assignments.
  • Interface directly with clients, providing clear, data‑supported insights.
  • Contribute to high‑profile projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Participate and support in the growth of the Jacksonville office.
  • Highly competitive fee splits based on experience, with tiered increases tied to production.

Requirements

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active Florida Certified General Appraiser License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (broad property type exposure preferred).
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance required for territory travel.
  • Applicants must be based in the general North Florida Region.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience preparing appraisals for various commercial property types.
  • Solid understanding of valuation principles, commercial real estate terminology, and property tax jurisdictional processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting tools (e.g., Argus, Excel, CoStar).
  • Self‑starter mindset with a passion for professional growth.
  • Collaborative and responsive approach with leadership and clients.

Each IRR office is led by an MAI‑designated Senior Managing Director, industry leaders who have over 25 years, on average, of commercial real estate experience in their local markets.
