JCW Group is seeking a Senior Credit Underwriter to join its growing Credit team. This role focuses on underwriting commercial loans with CRE exposure and some C&I, while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial credit or underwriting experience.
• Strong CRE loan exposure (C&I, ABL, or portfolio management experience is a plus).
• Strong credit analysis and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and existing commercial loans, focusing on CRE and some C&I exposure.
• Perform comprehensive credit analysis and evaluate risk and overall credit quality.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior credit analysts while working with senior leadership.
• Assist with portfolio management and monitor asset quality.
