JCW Group seeks a senior loan officer to oversee a CRE and C&I loan portfolio in New York. You will monitor performance, track covenants, and flag issues early, while leading underwriting and deal structuring for new and existing relationships.

In this role, you will drive the loan documentation process from origination through close and coordinate materials for borrowers and guarantors. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial banking with CRE exposure; C&I background a strong plus
• Sharp financial modeling and credit analysis skills; Excel proficiency required
• Strong communicator, comfortable with clients and internal stakeholders alike

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day oversight of a CRE and C&I loan portfolio—monitor performance, track covenants, flag issues early
• Lead initial underwriting and deal structuring for new and existing relationships, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and credit write-ups
• Drive the loan documentation process from origination through close, coordinating collection and organization of all required borrower and guarantor materials
• Join client meetings and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through additional products and services
