Job summary

A community bank in Elgin, Illinois is seeking a Senior Credit/Risk Officer to oversee their commercial credit function. This role, reporting directly to the CEO, is pivotal in driving the credit culture and maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial credit, credit risk, and portfolio management, along with a minimum of 10 years in commercial banking, preferably at a community bank of less than $5 billion.

• 10+ years within commercial banking, ideally at a community bank of less than $5bn.
