Qualifications

• 7-10 years — commercial underwriting/credit analysis experience (Required).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and prepares credit presentations for complex CRE loans.
• Assists RMs in monitoring a large CRE loan portfolio including construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
• Collaborates with RMs to manage relationships with developers and investors.
• Prep timely, concise credit recommendations with appropriate risk ratings and policy compliance.
• Monitor borrower financial performance and ensure covenant calculations adhere to loan documents.
• Oversee work of other underwriters or analysts when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and training requirements.
