Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial or retail property management accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close and general ledger reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
• Validate lease setups and maintain tenant billing accuracy.
• Lead CAM audits and periodic due diligence reviews.
• Mentor junior accountants or finance assistants.
• Generate accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
