Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time CRE Portfolio Manager III for our American Fork branch. The role focuses on credit analysis and portfolio management for the CRE portfolio, overseeing workflows, and maintaining high credit quality while working directly with clients on requests.

The manager will supervise underwriting tasks, assess credit risk, review collateral, and ensure compliance with loan policy. Strong communication with teams and timely responses are required.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRE loan portfolio over $200mm in loans outstanding.
• Monitor and ensure timely financial reporting and loan covenants.
• Underwrite commercial loans by analyzing tax returns and financial statements.
• Assess creditworthiness of individuals, companies, and institutions.
• Provide informed opinions on loan structures and assist lending process.
• Mentor new analysts and portfolio managers.
