Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager to assist relationship managers with underwriting credit and administering loan portfolios, ensuring high credit quality and enabling growth opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in credit analysis and underwriting, with strong CRE finance knowledge and the ability to prepare reports for senior management, including CARs and covenant amendments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of credit analysis and underwriting experience.
• Experience analyzing commercial/residential real estate projects (income producing properties incl. retail, office, industrial and multi-family; land/ development; construction loans) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites requests for credit extensions to new and existing clients.
• Performs detailed financial analysis for CRE and, on occasion, personal lending opportunities.
• Prepares Credit Approval Requests (CAR), modifications, covenant waivers/amendments.
• Monitors loan performance, risk rating, and required financial reporting.
• Ensures compliance with credit policies and reporting requirements; assists in setup of facilities in Baker Hill.
