Responsibilities

• Assists in development, structure, negotiation and closing of REIT & CRE transactions.
• Oversees a portfolio of REIT & CRE loans; monitors loan grading and credit quality.
• Builds detailed cash flow projections using Excel and Argus.
• Prepares and presents analyses to senior management and credit.
• Ensures compliance with policies and lender guidelines.
