Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Senior Construction & CRE Loan Administrator to manage post-closing administration for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. The role emphasizes accuracy in draw processing, rate changes, payoffs, and exceptions while coordinating with closers, managers, counsel, and borrowers.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services with loan operations experience and a working understanding of swaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial industry, including 2 years in loan administration or loan operations
• Commercial/Construction Real Estate Loan Administration experience preferred
• Understanding of interest rate swaps preferred
• Ability to interface with customers, counsel, compliance, credit and title companies

Responsibilities

• Reviews, closes, and processes modifications/extensions, payments, rate changes, payoffs, partial releases and exceptions
• Administers construction draw process including budgets, balance reviews and inspection reports
• Ensures requests align with loan documents and approvals
• Administers swapped loans (if assigned) including onboarding and monthly billing reconciliation
• Coordinates loan closing processes including due diligence, data gathering, funding requests and post-closing follow-up
• Collaborates with loan closers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, borrowers and other parties
